Position title: Inside Sales Associate, Sandpoint, Idaho
Job type: Starting at $45,000 - $80,000 including commissions

The Aspire Institute partners with custom home builders and professional remodelers with our proven business strategies and powerful tools so they achieve next-level profitability and a higher quality of life. We do that by teaching better business practices, designing industry-specific content, and delivering live classes, business coaching, and management consulting exclusively for residential general contractors/GC.

From their first one-day, live, local Workshop, Aspire guarantees each small business owner/GC an initial boost of 3-5 profit points by using our proven methods, custom profit analysis, and one-on-one consultation with our expert business coaches.

We are now expanding our outbound sales team to help reach more customers who need us! As one of our Sales Associates, you'll have the opportunity to get the word out and connect Aspire's education programs to business owners who need our services. Success at Aspire will require a personal drive. Here's what you'll do:

- Manage an assigned calling territory
- Contact business owners to inform them about our upcoming workshops and help them see how the workshop will benefit them
- Register business owners to attend local workshops in their area (we serve Texas and the western United States)
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and how they line up with the business owners' needs

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Computer literacy
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
